I might have to take chemo at some point and I wanted something that was as close to and natural as my own hair. The wig I chose (Mood, chocolate mix) arrived immediately, was beautiful, soft and stylish. It is very easy to put on and wear, and looks extremely natural. I'm very grateful people donate their own hair to help others.

The true color of the wig was black; not do brown. I was supposed to get free shipping for a purchase over $50.... didn’t happen. Could not get the return shipping label to download. It cost me over $9.00 to return.

We are sorry the color didn't work out for you. We don't charge any restocking fess on returns! The piece you purchased was on a daily deal sale and only one discount/coupon is allowed per order, that is why you didn't receive free shipping. Our pre-paid label is for $7.95, however you can return other ways. Our client care representatives are available Mon- Fri 8am-630pm CST to assist. I don’t know what I was expecting but I was very disappointed with the quality of these wigs. Also the required two week return to get a refund that starts from the ship date is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again .

You do have the option to return as long as in the original condition and shipped back within 14 days from when shipped. We don't take out any restocking fees which is why we ask returns be within that time frame. The only reason I give the 3 star review is because of the color. I knew when I ordered it was a chance they wouldn't match. All other aspects of the entire transaction would be rated very high.

Over the last several years I have watched my scalp become more visible and my side part getting deeper and deeper. I tried my first topper taking it with me on vacation last week (Sept 2019) and I have my confidence back! It blended great with my own hair adding highlights I wished I had. My husband likes it and says it looks very natural. A friend of ours asked if I got my "hair" done that it looks nice. I look in the mirror and love what I see, so much I ordered three more for different styles/looks. Thank you!
