One of the clips on the topper doesn't…
One of the clips on the topper doesn't work...it won't snap down from its open position. Know one bothered to check it before shipping the topper to me. AND the other two can't be snapped down when it's in place on the head. I know exactly how to work them and do so with ease on another hair piece I have from another company. This is so bad I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Huge disappointment! Thanks for the opportunity to share this experience.

Orders/items can be returned as long as they are in the original condition and postmarked within 14 days from when they shipped to you. Our records indicate you did call and notify one of our client care reps and the order has been noted. Once we receive the item we will inspect and notify you the item has been received.
