The first wig I ordered did not suit my look. The rep who contacted me to see how she could help me ordered the next wig I wanted to try and was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. I was traveling and she quickly took care of the replacement I wanted to try. I have since received the replacement and it is almost exactly what I wanted. It looks good on me. Thank you.

I love my Jon Reneau Evan. I called in and received excellent advice regarding color. The wig is perfect! Thanks also for your great sales!

Firstly I want to appreciate the speedy delivery service all the way to Canada. The top piece hair quality was very nice...even after coloring it black and washing it thoroughly ...the quality of remy hair was evident . I haven't used it as of yet because I'm still using my 'Special Effect ' by Raquel. The pro is the Remy hair and lace front. ..the downside the monofilament surface area as it is smaller compared to Special Effect. The thickness if hair isn't as much ...out of the box I could see the inner plastic wefting..so would be great if it wasn't so obvious... In future provide more option for color...black....weft in material to cloth and black colored....and lastly the surface area of mono a bit wider. Otherwise it's a great buy..can't wait to get used to this piece. REMY hair makes a big difference...no turning back to any other hair quality.

Wig fits well and color is very pretty.

This is my very first wig, I’ve always had baby fine hair my whole life and recently it is thinning. This haute wig is amazing, I love it!! Still getting the hang of where to choose to part it but it’s amazing and you can part it anywhere.

I liked the style of wig but not the color and was able to return it at a low fee of 16.54. Good service and phone assistance made me order another in a different color. I ordered the color swatches that were way more visual than the website . I got a nice call back about my color decision and am waiting on the next choice.

Great Wigs!!

Love the wigs (have 3). Only issue is that I have a small forehead and the longer wigs look terrible. My two short ones are adorable. Might look to cut bangs on the long one.
