I really need more info regarding color selection, wearability, more accurate photos of color selection. Operationally they provide good customer service it just seems the company could do a lot better with the above items. I did receive a topper, color looks wwaaay off from postage stamp preview and I did ask if a larger pic was Available, but no. And really, with a topper it’s imperative that color match your own hair and info on how to blend the piece in so it’s not sitting like a mop on top of your head is crucial. A visit to a hairdresser is needed to pull these pieces off. For the money I will play w it but it’s not a simple feat to make these blend naturally with your own hair.

I purchased a wig but unfortunately had to return since the color and size didn’t work out for me. The return process was hassle free. Their customer service is awesome. I am now looking for another wig from them and would definitely purchase from them again.

This was my first purchase from this site and I am impressed! I happened to hit a sale which included the wig I now consider my signature look because of all the compliments I’ve received in the last 2 years on the style and the color. I actually ordered 2 of this wig, and only got one. I immediately emailed customer service and was pleased to get a prompt reply telling me my style and color are quite popular and the second is on backorder. I appreciated hearing that, knowing I have the first which is lovely.
