The Lacey wig was delivered quickly. I was not happy with the wig. I sent it back. The wig needed to be cut to suit. The shine was like dolls hair. It even felt like dolls hair. The color light blond did not work for me. It seemed to need more hair on the top. I did order another wig from this company, decided to give them another try. I am waiting for it to be delivered. It is more expensive then the Lacey. I have my fingers crossed that it will work for me.

Terrible customer service! I recently bought a wig from this company and after taking it out of the box I realized they had sent me the wrong color.I have been buying wigs for over 30 years from different company’s and not once have I had a problem returning a wig!Their excuse for not refunding me was that they said it was frayed and had an odor....I live in a non smoking home and I am always meticulous with packaging my returns.I will never do business with Wigs.com again!I REALLY HAVE TO WONDER IF THEY HAD SENT ME A USED WIG!

Not worth the money.Dont believe it is authentic

I believe I already gave you my opinion in a previous e mail. The back of the wig puffs out. It would look more natural if the hair would be more tapered to the back.

I liked the wig i received it is going to work out well. Now I know I need to order Petti size. Some of the other wigs I ordered did not fit as well. Shipping was very quick thank you

this is a Christmas gift for my daughter. She pick it out but doesn't know that I purchase it for her. I took a look at the wig and it is beautiful.

I bought the playful hairpiece and it definitely passed the test! When I wore it to visit my highly observant mom, she thought it was my own hair!
