the service is outstanding, but I did not like the quality of the wig, and returned it. It is a bit galling to have to then pay for shipping both ways. (I had received free shipping for delivery.) But returning it was easy and I received credit quickly.

Prompt service, perfect product, I’m happy!

I think it’s a disgrace that I’ve had to pay more than purchasing from a UK supplier and you wouldn’t do anything about it. I will never shop with you again.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. But orders placed for International Shipment will have duties owed to the country being shipped to and we do not cover these fees or pay the difference in price. We appreciate your feedback.

The wig fit very nicely and comfortable

Ordering was perfect. Shipping got here faster than I had antecipated. Appears to have a larger selection. The web site is like most other wig web sites. The page usually shows only one color for a wig. If I find a color I like, it is difficult to search for wigs, in stock, with that color. I have looked at lots of wigs on a number of sites. Somewhere (maybe not here), I saw a color I liked but the number listed was a different color on other pictures. It would be good if, in my selected color, I could compare different wigs. Overall just what I was looking for.

I absolutely love this site! I've been wearing their pieces for years. They are so natural looking and easy to care for. Thumbs way up for Wigs.com!!

The wig I ordered had at least twice as much hair as the picture.

Three years ago I purchased a Rochelle Welch wig and loved it. I knew I wanted another from her designs. I wanted to match my color now and close to the same style I have. Wigs.com had a great sale of just the wig that I wanted, so I ordered it. It promptly arrived at my front door, I put it on and my husband and I were thrilled with how perfect it was for me! People compliment me how great I look, but know it is the wig!
