The wig was too yellow and not the same color as the first one I bought. I was very upset. I appreciate your offer, but i had already removed all the tags from the wig and didn't see how off the color was until I placed it on a wig tree and placed it next to the other one in the "wig" closet. Stupid, I know. I love that particular wig and wanted to order 2 more... different colors this time. Really hoping the colors are ok, but I will definitely not take the tags off until I I'm sure of the color. .

Christine, We’re really sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it is when the color doesn’t match, especially compared to your previous order. We’d love to make this right. Please reach out so we can help with an exchange or find a better match. We also recommend booking a virtual consultation so we can guide you to the perfect shade next time

Fast delivery. Wig is wonderful, shook it out, put it on and was ready to go! So real looking. I was walking through a store, total stranger walks by and says "Love your hair, curls are beautiful." Thank you, wigs.com and Jon Renau!!

I love the wig. Feels high quality. Looks high quality. Petite wigs are difficult to come by that have a versity of styles and colors. Here I found an array of both. I wish I'd gotten a different color. The wig is so full that I'll have to take it to a salon for trimming. Maybe the next one I buy will be low density. All in all the of experience was easy and the delivery came quick

Beth, We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We're glad you found a diverse selection of petite wigs and that you find the quality high. We're sorry the density wasn't what you expected, and hope your next choice suits you better. We value your feedback on the fullness and color choice.

I have purchased wigs from Wigs.com for almost 15 years. Almost all Raquel Welch line. This newest was a leap to a lighter shade than the rest. It's so pretty.. . My new favorite.
