have used them multiple times in the past. They’re more expensive than other Wig stores online but they usually ship within two days. It’s now been over a week. There’s no tracking they have not responded to my email. I leave tomorrow for a trip. I trusted their consistency. At the least, I would expect a response to my customer service email I will not use again. Edit: from two stars to one. So I communicated with them multiple times I ordered the second by the eighth they hadn’t shipped. OK, that’s fine. I’ve never had that experience before but I messaged to cancel the order since I’m leaving today for a trip and I would just purchase a wig in a store. After not being able to get through to their customer service on the phone after sending that email that I wanted to cancel, they then shipped it yesterday. Really disappointed in their customer experience they respond on here because they care about the reviews, but literally ignored my emails for five days and then sent a bunch on the 8th only after I tried to cancel
