I have bought at least 7 wigs, all from different suppliers and this one is my favorite. I have tried to find 1 like Lisa Rinna and this 1 is it. It is soooo lite weight yet has a crazy amount of hair. I’ve tried it on but, haven’t worn it yet however, I can already tell it’s a winner and can’t wait to try it out!

The representative was very helpful in setting up a refund. The wigs are pretty, but I returned them because I did not need the chemo I thought I was going to have.

The wig arrived damaged it smelled of a strong petroleum odor I washed it to try to salvage the wig because I liked the style but the odor prevailed and wigs.com will not give me a credit for the wig so I am stuck with a wig that stinks I can't wear it and I'm out $72 over all if I could give wigs.com no stars I would. No customer service. In response to Wigs.com's reply, the wig was not altered, it was washed with wig shampoo to try and remove the foul, chemical smell of the cap. Altering a wig would be to cut pieces of hair or change the color. Seriously, when the did customer go from being right to having to fight with a company for them to stand behind their products?

Unfortunately, the charge has been disputed (and is under review) with Pay Pal. Our records indicate you notified our client care reps that you had washed the piece a few times. As stated on our site and the return form (packing slip) received with the piece you can't return anything that has been altered. If you had returned before washing we would have been happy to inspect and process a refund and or replacement. We can assure you all products shipped from us are in factory fresh condition. We apologize for you dissatisfaction.

Wigs.com delivered my wig promptly &well packaged. Ellen is standard cap w/o any lacefront or mono, so I tend to hold my breath ordering one of those for fear the perma-tease will be too much or fake looking. Overall the Ellen looks natural tho & being rooted is the best way to compensate for no mono. The bangs & tips of hair along cheeks needed quite a bit of trimming, which is unfortunate since it puts you at risk of making a mistake by customizing. Once done tho, the style is flattering for ladies over 60 like myself. The color is more like moccachino & is well blended. And with a little larger than average head, you can't go wrong with the Estetica cap stretching for a comfortable fit.

Love the wig and style. Just wish some of them had better blonde choices. Some are limited to darker or platinum blondes. Looks great though.

I ordered the wrong color and sending that wig back and getting the correct color was very easy, thanks to the wonderful employee who helped me on the phone. I was able to get the original 30% discount, and I love my new wig!

Very bad experience. Received the wig, tried to put it on. Made for a child's head or Asian. Clearly it did not fit. Immediately returned it to the specifications on the wigs.com video. A week later I received an email saying they are unable to refund my $109. Customer service is terrible. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. Going back to Toni tails.
