The topper I ordered arrived very quickly, and was just what I ordered. The quality is excellent, and I received many compliments on my hair. This is the second topper, I’ve ordered, and I would buy from them again.

Great buying experience. Good quality and fast delivery. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the color was much darker than the picture showed

Ordered 2 hair wraps & neither looked like advertised, did not even remove them from package b/c the 1st was literally orange, the other was orange/white (nowhere near normal hair color) I Immediately looked up refund policy that said "it's so easy".. it IS easy except they don't tell you they charge you for the return label.. they don't refund shipping either way.. my total was over $45.. I only got back $28.. $7.95 X 2 =$15.90 where's the rest? For those struggling w/ hair issues from sickness, this is incomprehensible & taking advantage of people is even worse I'll never order from them again or any affiliate.. **As per your general 'generated reply' to everyone w/ the same issue--there is no misunderstanding when you're being ripped off by a business & you STILL haven't explained where the rest of the refund $ is even AFTER your $7.95 shipping both ways.. you are a shoddy business w/ shoddy business practices.. if people would listen, I'd tell them keep as far away from this website/business as possible... you will not get a full refund & depending on which way the wind blows, you may end up having to keep your rat rag... Do better by your customers... they are worth it

We are sorry to hear the pieces didn't work out and for your experience. Unfortunately, shipping charges are covered by the client. We do have stated on the return form that comes with your order and online (when you go to return) that the prepaid label cost of $7.95 will be taken out of refunds as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and for the misunderstanding. We do appreciate your feedback.

You guys have always been AMAZING!!! Obviously, by your records you will see how much I order from you! I used to occasionally order from Vogue and Arizona Wig Boutique (which is where I got started having fun with wigs in the first place), but now I only order through WIGS.COM. You guys have the best prices and the fastest delivery! LOVE WIGS.COM!!!!!!! Thank you!!

I purchased a wig. Received in a timely fashion. I liked it but I sent it back because the color was way darker than I like. Received a refund but not all of a refund. They kept the tax and shipping costs. I expected a full refund so I feel cheated on the deal. I will not order another wig online again.

Received defective item, returned, they decided it was not defective and charged me 16.00, to shipping and return shipping on a 24.95 item. I would never shop with this business again!!!!

We are very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the piece you received. We did inspect the piece and did not find any defects or deem it defective, therefore the only monies you weren't refunded was the shipping. The shipping to you was $7.95 and you used our prepaid label to return to us which is a deduction from your refund of $7.95. We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
