Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Reviews of wigs.com

My wig arrived on time, and very well packaged. I am pleased with the quality of the construction and the fact it closely resembles the style in the picture. One suggestion on marketing - the pamphlets that showed other wigs available did not always include the name of the wig, so I was unable to find it on the website. An example is one I was definitely interested in had the tag "The New Romantic." I tried to find it to learn more about it, but your website is too large for me to find it based on it's appearance. Either that, or it is no longer available on your site. If that's the case, I'd suggest that you keep you marketing materials up to date.

I love my wigs they look so much like the real thing! My favorite one right now is the Breezy in Blue! So much fun! Shipping was great and I did have to do a return which was very easy. I highly recommend Wigs.com

I ordered 3 different colors of the same wig. As they arrived they seemed to have a different style, looser curls than the photo. I took great care with these wigs because I know how expensive they are. I choose my color and returned the 2 other wigs. I called Wigs.com and got the exact shipping date needed to comply with their policy. The wigs went back on time. A couple days later I got an email stating that they would accept the second wig back because it was damaged and late. Wigs.com was called again asking for an explanation. The rep was pleasant and helpful as she consulted her supervisor, who said that there was damage to the lace front and would not accept. But they had 2 options for me: 1: have it shipped back and shipping in on me. 2: they would KEEP it and give me a 25% coupon on a future a purchase. I chose to have it sent back to me. THE WIG IS IN THE SAME SHAPE AS IT WAS when I received it. The lace front is not tattered, torn or marred in anyway. If I had opted to leave the wig with them, would they have been able to sell it? I am thinking so! They sold it to me in that condition. We are disputing with our credit card and will not be buying anymore from Wigs.com, ever.

Wig looks way to shiny... too WIGGIE

Extremely thin. The hair won't be styled with a curling iron or rolling brush. Straight as a rod and no lift unlike the picture. Basically looks like a rag on and I paid $900 for it. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This is the second time I have purchased a wig from here, and I cannot stress enough on how beautiful and easy these wigs are. I got the estetica brand called Sky color silversunrt8 and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I’m growing my hair out from a very short pixie cut and we all know how hard and awkward this process is. So I decided a wig would be my best bet never thought I would fall in love with these wigs I might not ever go back to my original hair again lol, it’s just so easy. Thank you wigs.com for having the best quality of wigs I’ve ever seen.

Excellent customer service.
