They understood that I didn't want to get long distance minutes (I'm in Canada) just to ask if a wig colouring would match my skin tones and so did it over email.

The wig I ordered arrived in a timely manner, is a lovely piece, and was delicately packed. I appreciated that a wig cap was included for use to keep the integrity & cleanliness of the wig. I found the information on the website helpful and ordering was easy. I like that there are accompanying videos when possible. I feel the prices are very fair. The piece was not the right color or cut for me, so it has been returned. I don't have feedback on the return part as it is still in the processing phase. I was not able to open the package the day it arrived. In this day of Coronavirus/COVID-19, it was a few days before I could get out to the UPS shipping center. So, in this instance, 14 days seemed a little short. Your video said it used be 30 days to return. Maybe adjust it to 20 days? I do understand your position. Thank you for your time, stay healthy! Very professional service and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the color of the wig doesn’t work for me, so I had to return it. If I decide to try a wig again in the future, I would definitely try here again. The wig was beautiful, but not right for me.

This is my first wig purchase. Color was a little more blond than I had anticipated but it looks great. I would definitely consider buying from Wigs.com again.

The wig wasn't right for me, but my dealings with Wigs.com was excellent. I returned this wig and received my refund. A previous wig I bought is great, as was my experience with wigs.com.
