Love this company. I have always been more than happy with my orders and I always have received them in a very timely manner.

I received the wig, tried it on, and was too small for me. I put everything back, the way it was, and requested a return which was denied because the wig “was altered”. If it was altered it happened before it got to my hands. When I opened the box I could tell that the pins were not in the original position and the ear tab were pointing out. $400 totally wasted. I got 1 large Upscale, that’s what I needed, from another site, better price and customer service. After my chemo I was not expecting this treatment, trusting them was a big mistake.

I absolutely love it! I just received my Fortune Synthetic Wig and boy, was I surprised when I put it on. It looks so much like me before hair loss! I'm truly impressed.

This is a great alternative to a full wig. It is very natural and the same colour as my own hair (I took hours choosing the colour) with very easy application. 4 easy snap clips and away you go. It is also very comfortable and light, so you don't even know you have it on. A giveaway for a wig is the unnatural shine, but this doesn't have too much so it looks like healthy natural hair. The service was very quick and without complications.

During these times it’s nearly impossible to get any kind of customer service with most businesses. My experience with Wigs.com was incredibly easy and fast. Very pleased with the service and the information provided with each wig! Very helpful.
