OK BUT SORRY TO SAY I REALLY TRIED TO MAKE IT WORK AND I COULDN'T GET IT GOING. SO I PICKED SOMETHING ELSE BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I'M HAVING IT WON'T LET ME PICK A COLOR WHY I DON'T KNOW WHY. I WILL BE IN TOUCH NEXT WEEK. HAVING MEDICAL PROBLEMS.

My first time buying and using a wig and it was a great experience!

Although I returned the wig I was impressed with your service and how quickly I received my purchase. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the wig...it was beautiful but it was ...I guess you could say, too much hair for me. My own hair is bone straight and I can create loose beach curls but overall my hair volume has shrunk over time....so I could not get used to seeing myself in a full head of luxurious waves. The wig was so comfortable and felt very secure I hated to send it back. But....even so, Wigs.com processed my refund within 2 weeks. Very professional and trustworthy. I hope to order ...and KEEP other wigs in the future because this experience was practically painless.

If I lived in the States you would have gotten 5 stars. When I ordered, no mention was made of the high cost of $56.00 for duty so what was a good deal even with the exchange rate turned out to be far more expensive than ordering from a Canadian company.
