I bought a Jon Renau topper that was very pretty and matched my hair color well, but unfortunately did not fit the thinning areas I needed to cover. I decided on a wig instead, and wigs.com made the return process quick and easy for me while also answering the tons of questions that I had about fit and style. I'm using that money to buy a Jon Renau wig next time they have a sale on the styles I've selected! Can't wait!

I ordered 2 wigs; Winner/ Average in Glazed Auburn. This is a very snazzy, short style, that I love. The first wig is exactly the way I like it. The 2nd wig is much thinner on top, and the webbing is almost visible. The wig is wearable, as I also love headbands, but I am wondering at the big difference between the two wigs? I have shopped Raquel Welch @ Wigs. Com for almost 15 years, and this is the first time I ever noticed such a discrepancy in thickness. Still love you @ Wigs.Com.

I received my beautiful hair FAST. That was good cuz I looked like a hot mess. I will be ordering from wigs.com again.

I can't say anything bad about the wig itself, the quality was great. It just didn't fit great. The cap was very stretchy and comfortable, but the ear tabs sat nearly an inch above my ears, exposing my natural hairline. I wasn't really worried though, as they advertise easy returns. But I've found out that's only within the US. And I'm in Canada, so returns are not accepted. Shipping was very fast, which i like, but I was hit with an unexpected COD charge of over $40. Not the company's fault, I know. I can't blame them because I didn't do my research. All is not lost. As I said, the wig itself was great, so I got busy with a seam ripper and needle and thread and I constructed new ear tabs. It's not perfect, but it's wearable.

Post a full video of each wig color. I ordered 2 wigs so far and neither one looked anything like the tiny swatch of color shown on the web site. I've ordered a third and hope this one looks more like what the tiny color swatch looks like on line. Its impossible to choose a wig with these tiny color swatches and with a return shipping fee of almost 8.00 per wig I send back, this adds up!
