I know the distribution channels are still a mess. So, my expectations was set for a long wait. To my delight, I received my item 3 months sooner than promised.

My topper was a little too light
My topper was a little too light, so I returned it. As of yet I have not heard anything about my credit. Shipping was very good.

It got here super fast
It got here super fast, the color is beautiful, it matches my hair color in sunkissed beige. I haven't shaken it out or tried it on yet.

A positive experience
Although I had to send back my purchase, the wig arrived quickly and wasm exquisitely packed. To return it, I followed instructions, printed off the prepaid return label, repackaged and dropped it off at the UPS store. The wig was beautiful but did not flatter my face shape. Otherwise, I would have kept it.
