I had the best experience. The wigs I ordered were too large so I sent them back and received my refund quickly. I had bought 2, but their petite selection was not very big. I went to their sister company (under the same umbrella of Beauty & Hair) and actually bought 3 in petite size. This is a wonderful company when you are taking medication that makes your hair fall out. I 100% support this company. Teresa

Wigs.com is the best! There are no restocking fees which is so important when ordering online as there is no way to know if item is right for you until you actually see the item. They are helpful (I like Keisha especially) when you aren't sure of something. My only complaint would be with the manufacturing end of things. I have been ordering the same wig for years and it has steadily gone downhill to the point I'm not sure I will order it again. It isn't the only one this is happening to either, seems to be a regular problem with all brands that I have tried. I am hoping the wig company can convince the manufacturer they need some quality control.

Ordering was easy. Picking the right color was hard. I couldn't see the colors very well, but I hope it turns out right. Not sure how long it takes to get my order.
