The only place I will shop for hair!!!
I appreciate the VIP status and the discount. BUT more importantly is that when I made a mistake on an order, you were quick and willing to help me fix it. Orders, even back ordered, are sent as soon as is possible. I appreciate the quality of products and the friendly helpful attitude when I call. Won’t shop elsewhere…

Awesome customer service!
This is the first time I have ordered from Wigs.com. The customer service rep that I talked to was very friendly and helpful. She made sure the wig I wanted was in stock and helped me place my order. Only giving 1 star since the $400 wig…
Only giving 1 star because the $400 wig i ordered is quality. However, I ordered the first unit and forgot to order petite size. It was less than 30 minutes after ordering that i sent an email asking them to change the size. This was on a weekend evening so before Monday, I sent a total of 3 emails asking them to change the size! I get an email back on Monday saying unfortunately I could not cancel my order since it had already been processed?? What? I didn't want to cancel i just needed a smaller size! After several emails back and forth I stated a lot of the reviews were saying this wig seem to run small. I was hopeful the wig they sent would work but it did not. I went online and purchased the same wig but in the correct size of petite this time. I boxed the first one all back up in the original packaging along with the tags, copies of my emails and all appropriate paperwork. I received an email stating they could not process my return due to it been "worn or damaged" I am livid! This is a $400.00 that I tried on once for 2 minutes. This is outrageous and I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this is deceitful business!
