Wigs.com is always great! I've bought several wigs from them over almost ten years. They have 30% off sales pretty frequently so it's worth waiting for one of those. Regular shipping usually takes about a week and I've never had anything arrive damaged. I wouldn't really recommend buying stuff on clearance because wigs often have variations and the ones on clearance are the ones people sent back, so often they have issues or don't lay right. You also can't return the stuff on clearance, and wigs are expensive so you don't want to get stuck with it. Better to buy fully new on 30% off! That's my advice.

I loved the wig, but it was too small and I had to return it. I was told that that model is going to be available in a large and I'll buy it. The customer service rep who helped me was terrific!!

Although a previous order was fine this order was not. The wig was obviously a return that was never inspected. The packaging was not the usual. It looked like the return was just thrown back into the box and never secured. Also the wig has obviously been trimmed particularly in the back. According to the return instructions printed on the form I will be charged a return shipping fee. I hope not since I did not receive a good wig and want it replaced with what I should have received.
