This is my first time buying a wig online although I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years due to alopecia - wish I had known about this option from the beginning! The first wig I ordered came right away but unfortunately wasn’t going to work out (wrong color choice, tight fit) so I returned it and immediately ordered a replacement in another color and style. I’m already wearing it, straight out of the box, and my account has already been credited for the returned one! Now THAT’S service! And, I LOVE the new one!
