I’m happy, I feel cool and I can leave my “back of my head mirror” home.I have this “open sesame” cowlick that could part the Red Sea better than Moses so I check it often. Thank you, Loretta Pierson

Horrible. My wig had a 1" part in the middle so I sent it back. Wigs refused the return, said it had scent (medically allergic to scent and never use products with scent) and picture showed the lace was ragged. Funny, the wig was blond, so it wasn't my wig and had no 1" part. Refuses my return. Unacceptable and contacting several agencies to get a return. edit: wigs.com never said they were returning the wig to me. They did call me and asked me 10 irrelevant questions about my wig buying purchase rather than listening to why I returned it, really poor quality wig with 1" part. They keep saying the same excuses like the lace was ragged, never touched, sent back in perfect shape. Wig they showed the picture of was blond, mine was brown hair. Don't buy.

Hi Lisa, We are sorry that we couldn't accept the JR Haute you returned. Unfortunately, the lace was frayed and jagged. Our representatives have contacted you and let you know that we are returning the piece to you.

This review is from Ruth. This is the first time I’ve bought a wig. The quality must be good as its been recognized for my real hair. I’m still trying to get it to fit properly and comfortable. It’s been fun to experiment with style changes.

To better assist you, we would recommend a virtual consultation. We know shopping online and wondering if it's right can be challenging, and based on the part of the process you are on, you would be the perfect candidate for a virtual consultation. This free premier service that we now offer will help us better serve your needs! Virtual consultations give you the option of doing a one-on-one zoom with one of our experts. This then allows us the opportunity to show you how to measure, go over styles, and color options; as well as answer any questions you may have. If this is something you are interested in, let us know and we will gladly set up a time to meet with you. You may also book online by using the link below: https://www.wigs.com/pages/virtual-consultation

The 3 men's wigs I bought were high quality and had great potential, but they were a bit on the long side and needed some cutting. There were quite a few women wig cutters nearby but men's wig cutters were far away, so I ended up returning all the wigs. Return was easy and prompt without issues, and I got my $1,500 back. Pretty good experience so far!

The quality of you hairpieces has always been excellent. The color is dead on , for me. I only wish that Jon Reneau would make the curly topper again. I have the straight but really adored the curly one and would buy several.
