I wasn’t completely satisfied with this wig when I first tried it on. The right side of the wig flipped up and I wanted it to look the same as the left side. I took the wig with me when I visited my daughter and I tried it on and she said she thought it looked really good and that having one side slightly different than the other made it look more natural. After wearing it a few times it actually settle down so it wasn’t as flippy but I liked it. I have worn it for the last 3 to 4 days and I am very much loving it. My only issue with it now is on the right side the transition from short to long it’s a little funky but I am sure that will also work its way out. I love that it is not super thick. My only wish is that this would have come with a monofilament top because I prefer the natural looking part to the permatease. The color is also great, nice contrast rooted color. Would definitely buy this wig again, especially if offered with monofilament top!

My consultation was good but you didn’t have the color I wanted in stock.She made a good effort to find a replacement. I should not have paid shipping. I asked the consultant to credit it and she said that she couldn’t and would ask her supervisor. I want this to be taken care of.

I bought a wig as a gift for my wife who lost her hair due to chemo. By tne time she had time to try on the wig, it was 2 weeks past the return by date and she did not like it. I didn't expect a refund but they would not even exchange it. My wife tried it on once and the tag was still on it. This company has no heart and all they care about is their bottom line.
