Have beem wearing wigs for years....but one morning, I realized my hair was a different color!It looked as if all the color had faded away....I had always had an alburn color, but my hair was gray with streaks of honey here and there. Went on lineand found Wigs.com . Decieded to go all-out and go Grey. Found the perfect wig in a silver with a touch a darker strand here and there. Love it because of the fact it does look so natural.

I have no words. I am so very disappointed. I have bought a number of wigs from Wigs.com. I received a wig a few days before Easter… the monofilament was damaged before it arrived. I spoke with a representative who seemed to be helpful. But things went down hill. Long story short, I can not reach anyone by phone or email in order to exchange the wig. Now, I just want a refund. Wigs.com has totally “GHOSTED” a loyal customer. So sad.

The wig fit good, now the hair net was a bit tight to pull over my head. I am losing all my hair. I will continue to order more when I can afford to pay for it. I would like to try the real hair one, but that is too expensive for my budget. Thank you for helping me with the wig.

Lisa, we are so sorry to hear this item did not work out. The color ordered was SS9/24 ICED CAFÉ LATTE and is described as Dark Brown shaded with Golden Brown. As mentioned in our email to you, we advise that you go based on the description and not the images as they can differ in tone due to lighting. Color is one of the most challenging things to capture/portray accurately, but we will continue to do our best to improve. I gave wigs.com five stars for their overall ease of shopping for the wigs. They show them from all angles as well as how they can alternately be styled. Unfortunately the wigs I ordered all had too much hair for me so returned them. They make buying and returning extremely easy, not like some of the other companies I have used and their credits showed up immediately. Customer service is the best!
