Once that I was able to connect with a live customer service person everything went smoothly. She answered my questions and I received the wig and products very quickly even with free shipping. Even though this was my 4th purchase of this particular wig over the years .....None of which were quite as nice as the original...(each one seems to have less hair fibers and not quite the same cut...however I am still fairly happy with this 4th wig... I was able to cut it into a better style for my face. So I really have no complaints at all! Thank you , Wigs.com for your good service and wigs!

My Elation wig is so awesome !! I love it! The quality --SO good. The style is cut with perfection and I'm thinking of coming back for another color. I got the light blonde this time. SO PRETTY!!
