I was very pleased with this wig. The hair was soft and felt like freshly shampooed hair. The cap fit just right - I ordered petite. Unfortunately, the color was just not right for me and I am returning. I will be ordering the same style in a different color. I do recommend to others.

I feel the selection is great. The speed in receiving the product is amazing. I do think when you buy a product on sale, and it is over $200.00 you should waiver the shipping cost.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jun 26, 2023

I really love the synthetic topper I bought and I’ve been a repeat customer several times. My only complaint is that the topper does shed a lot and if worn daily it becomes very frizzy and messy after 3 months of wear. Otherwise it matches my hair perfectly and no one can tell I’m wearing it even up close. I often get compliments on my hair while I’m out.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jun 23, 2023
Dear Shelia, Thank you so much for your kind words and being a loyal customer! We are thrilled that our synthetic topper matches your hair perfectly and you've received compliments while wearing it. We apologize for the shedding and frizziness you've experienced after three months of daily wear. We see you have our products specifically designed to maintain the longevity and beauty of synthetic hair. We want more information so that we can help you with this issue. Therefore we will reach out today. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback, and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the future. Your satisfaction is our top priority! Warm regards, The Wigs.com Team
