I bought a first wig and it was too long so I returned it. That experience was great. But when I got my refund, I did not expect to get the $6 protection back but there was $10.95 that was not credited and I do not know why I was charged that. Then on 6/8/23, I ordered a second wig. It has been charged to me but it has never been shipped. The company has not informed me of the delay. It was in stock when I bought it. Now I'm not sure if I want to do any other business with this company. The products are quality that I have received. But customer service is lacking.
