The wig is beautiful
The wig is beautiful! The shipping was delayed and I called to find out what was going on. I was told the representative would call UPS and get back to me with what information she could find. She never called me back. I called again and was told she would reach out to the other representative and get back to me. I received no communication at all…I did receive the wig, but did not get the service I would’ve expected from wigs.com. I have ordered many wigs from wigs.com and was disappointed in the service from the phone calls I made. Hopefully this review will help you to reach out to your representatives and better serve your customers. Thank you for my beautiful wig!
