They are a HORRIBLE company, they refused to do a return on a order that i sent back 4 days after receiving and still in the box with tags on and wraped. and they are trying to say it was worn and smelt , the wig they are showing is a old wig it wasnt even the one i send back... i an so glad i took pictures of the wig before sending it back.. and reported to BBB, lucky i took pictures of the wig when k received it and when k sent it back ....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...I WILL BE POSTING THIS COMPANY ON ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIAS... ITS NOT RIGHT HOW THEY ARE TRYING NOT TO GIVING ME MY REFUND ESPECIALLY WHEN I ONLY HAD THE WIG 4 DAYS AND ALL THE TAGS ARE STILL ON IT AND IT WAS NEVER WORN and you could tell it wasnt. They must really want that 377.00 to lie about a return. And update each email they state a different reason which i have all the emails, and recorded conversation when i called... UPDATE THOSE ONCE AGAIN ATE FRAUD PICTURES AND I BE SENDING IT RIGHT BACK, THE WIG WAS NOT DAMAGED IT WAS 4 DAYS OLD NEVER WORN AND TAGS AND PINS STILL IN IT... I ONCE AGAIN I HAVE 3 Notarized STATEMENTS THAT THE WIG WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION... AND YOU CAN CLEARY SEE THE WIG YOU ARE SHOWING IS A OLDER WIG. NOT THE ONE I PURCHASED.. AND I ALSO SHOW THE PICTUES OF THE WIG IN PERFECT CONDITION.... SO WE ARE ON TO THE NEXT STEP OF GOING TO COURT I HAVE APPOINTMENTS WITH MY ATTORNEY ON 7/11/2023..I HAVE POSTED MORE INFORMATION AND PICTURES ON TWITTER AND NOW I WILL BE GOING TO THE NEXT 2 SOCIAL MEDIA.. And ocourse they are trying to cover there own mistakes... SO ONCE AGAIN I WOULDNT NEVER SHOP AT THIS COMPANY CHECK ALL THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE PRIOR THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, THE LADY ON THE PHONE EVEN SAID THAT ABOUT THE COMPANY. SHAME ON THEM... AND SENDIMG A REPORT TO LOCAL NEWS HERE....SO I HAD TO CHANGE MY HEADER ,THIS WIG(COUGH,COUGH) WANTS TO CRY ABOUT IT .. YET I WISH THEY LET ME POST PICTUES HERE IT WOULD PROVE MY POINT...

It arrived with no problems, packaging was sealed etc. The color of the wig was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was in excellent condition. Some curls were loose and some tight. Full of body and bounce. The cut and style are just as advertised. Will purchase from this business again. Thank you. Now I can wear long layers. I have hair loss, have for several years. Thanks again!
