The colour was wrong eventhough the label had the colour code I chose. And the wig looked thinner than the ones I've had before.

I have purchased several wigs from Wigs.com. The brands I have tried/bought are excellent quality. Unfortunately, my hair is now grey so finding a good match has been difficult. Wigs.com has a generous return policy. I do believe I have found a keeper.

Pretty expensive (close to 500.00) to only last 8 months in my case. I don't recall seeing that anywhere this is a temporary solution. If I would have seen such a warning, I would have never spent that kind of money. I am not going to shell out even more money for something that has such a short life span. When you offered me 30% off for a new one; I frankly found it insulting, realizing I've been scammed. My topper didn't even last eight months. I am writing this review of my experience only because I want to warn people unless you have money to burn, go elsewhere. I will never recommend your product again. In fact, I will tell those who told me it looked so good (up until recently) that it actually is poor quality. If not for cancer, many wouldn't be looking for a solution to help with hair loss. I don't useally write reviews, but this had me so upset I had to to warn people of my experience. It all began about six weeks ago when topper began looking thinner. I was told when i asked why this was happening that the lifespan is only 1 year. Mine lasted almost eight months. I have yet to be told where this company spells that out before purchase. It sure wasn't made clear to me this is a very expensive temporary solution. The fact that I'm still paying off a topper that I can't wear anymore is pretty irritating to say the least. Thank you.
