Knowing that I could return a newly…
Knowing that I could return a newly purchased, unworn wig gave me comfort. Even though I expected a catch awaiting for me. I called the 800 number and spoke to a representative. BUT there was no catch! The representative was so knowledgeable, so helpful and made the return process so easy! I will be ordering from them again!

I tried to return the wig as it didn't fit or look good on me. I wasn't allowed. I wasn't told in advance that I couldn't. So I am stuck with a wig I can't wear and 💰
I appreciate your response that someone will get in touch with me to handle returning said item but this has not taken place.
