This company has beautiful wigs and exceptional customer service! I bought 2 wigs but one color didn’t match well with my skin tone. I had reached out to customer service and they walked me through the return process and did an exchange for me as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so happy that our customer care team could assist and make the return process as smooth as possible. We know shopping online and wondering if it's right can be challenging, and based on the part of the process you are on, you would be the perfect candidate for a virtual consultation. This gives you the option of doing a one-on-one zoom with one of our experts. This then allows us the opportunity to show you how to measure, go over styles, and color options; as well as answer any questions you may have. If this is something you are interested in, you may book online by using the link below: https://www.wigs.com/pages/virtual-consultation We look forward to hearing from you!

This is definitely the only company I would purchase a wig from. Your return policy is excellent! Your prices are good, and have a great selection. The only place I would recommend to a friend.

When reported the wig was too small and needed to be sent back, I got the shipping label and nothing else to follow up. Sent the wig back 2-days after receiving it. Got notice a week later indicating a refund less the shipping cost. For such a supposed big company, they don’t act like one. Not happy with this policy. I have also tried to unsubscribe from the marketing notices 4 times and it has not taken effect.

Hi Nancy, We're sorry to hear that the wig didn't fit as expected. To assist you in finding a better-fitting wig, we would like to extend the opportunity for you to book a free virtual consultation with one of our experts. They can provide personalized assistance to help you find a wig that suits your preferences and requirements. I've also unsubscribed you from emails as per your request.
