A little rough to style. I am a frequent buyer. Never got one so hard to tame out of the box. Had to wash it immediately to try to get all the flyaways under control.

My wigs do not look like they look on tik tok models or online. I have Ignite, which is not as loose as it appears and Zara Lite which does not move like the ones shown.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jan 24, 2024
Hi Crystal, We are sorry you aren't satisfied with the Ignite that you recently purchased from us (we don't see an order with us for Zara Lite). We aren't sure exactly what you mean by " not as loose as it appears"; therefore, one of our consultants will contact you to assist you. We look forward to speaking with you and appreciate your feedback. Sincerely, The Wig Experts

I have bought several wigs for years from Wigs.com and I was really happy with the quality. But the wig I bought a week ago was a true disappointment. It was the same wig I have ordered in the past but the one I received had less hair and looked like someone had cut it and had very little highlights.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jan 24, 2024
Hi Pamela, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that you received Fascination and weren't satisfied with the condition or color of the item. We see you have ordered this style and color before, and we value you as a client and refund the shipping costs. We would love to help you find an alternate style that is similar. We hope you allow us the opportunity to help you with this. Warm regards, The Wig Experts

I didn't receive either of the items I ordered. The tracking says "partially delivered" I've emailed wigs.com but still no reply.
