I purchased what I thought was the same…
I purchased what I thought was the same wig that I absolutely love but was ready to be replaced. Turns out it is not exactly the same. It is smaller. I’m not sure if like it as much in the smaller size. I’m very disappointed. Update on this review: 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I talked to customer service about my order. Truly was my amnesia experience of my original wig. It is smaller to start…still love this wig. As long as they make it I will continue to replace it with the same, every time. Twenty stars for Dana that I spoke with. She’s very sweet and super helpful. ❤️

The color of the topper I purchased was inaccurately described
The color of the topper I purchased was far different than the written description or what was shown on line. I returned the next day. Return process was smooth and quick. Because of this, I’ll likely try other wigs from this company.
