Quality of sparkle elite
I purchased two wigs last year, voltage elite and sparkle elite. This time I purchased a sparkle elite in the same color as the voltage elite I purchased last year. The quality of the sparkle elite was not as exceptional as the one I purchased last year. Much thinner amount of hair and more frizzy.
