Received it right away; so nice. Packaged beautifully. Nice quality. New style for me — stepping out of my comfort zone. Kind of daring and fun. The colors to choose from were limited though, which was frustrating. I like rooted, but had to go with an unrooted color. That’s why I put 4 stars. After receiving their generous and kind reply, I am updating to 5 stars, if not for customer service alone (but the wig is its own star). Overall, it’s been a 5 star experience.

It is extremely nice and easy to buy from your company. Everything is handled very efficiently. The free shipping is wonderful. This company offers top quality products at a most decent price. A return I did was easily done, and credit was received in a short amount of time. This is all very positive, especially after having a recent experience with a company that unfairly charged a ridiculous "restocking fee". I will continue to do business with this company; highly recommend.
