Hi Sara, When you processed your return, you were given options for the reason for the return, and one was that the item was damaged/defective. You didn't select that option or report issues with the item any time you had it for about 30 days. The item was not returned in its its original condition. All items we ship are new from the manufacturer and have been quality-checked. Therefore, we couldn't accept the return of Zara because of the alteration of the lace and the condition of the wig.
