We understand how important it is to receive a wig that meets your expectations and brings comfort and confidence during this difficult time. A color mismatch is not the experience we want for our valued customers, especially given your current circumstances. We would love the opportunity to try to make this right, which is why one of our representatives is contacting you. The color, the fit, and after styling, the wig looked natural and attractive. I'm 75 and most of the wigs cater to the young in terms of color. It has been difficult finding a wig that doesn't look so obviously a wig. Thank you.

I purchased an Ellen Wile wig a few weeks ago and loved it so much that I ordered a second one. I purchased a Relax wig in metallic blonde in size Large. My second wig came and it is remarkedly smaller. I feel it is a small based on the fit- since this one did not have a label with the model or the size on the inside. I have purchased from Wigs.com in the past but I am deeply disappointed with this recent purchase.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jan 14, 2025
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with your recent wig purchase. We understand your disappointment with the sizing discrepancy between your first and second wig purchases we have viewed your account and would like to note while your newest purchase was a large size you first purchase with us was a petite/average which will account for the size difference between the two. We will reach out to you in 24 hours via customer service representative to further discuss.
