I will never order from this company…
I will never order from this company again. The wig I received looked nothing like the one advertised on their website. The length wasn't as long as advertised. After discussing the issue with a customer service representative, I returned the wig with a clear explanation and expected a full refund. The total cost of the wig was $72.62, but instead of receiving a full refund, I was charged. Ultimately, I ended up paying $23.65 for a wig I couldn’t use and no longer have. As of today I am still incurring charges. Why? No one will answer the phone to give me an explanation!!!! Order number: W2-1056249
