Although my cabinets have not yet been delivered, I want to share my experience so far because Carlo has been exceptional — and I will update this review once installation is complete. I was traveling in Europe during a big sale, juggling a six‑hour time difference, spotty connectivity, and group tours where phones weren’t allowed. Carlo didn’t let any of that become a barrier. He sent me color options, explained the products clearly, drafted layouts, gave me pricing and timing estimates, and made a brilliant suggestion to shift my double trash pull‑out closer to the sink by adjusting the sink size and filler widths. It improved the entire design. He also provided names of local installers, answered every call and text promptly, and offered to work directly with my installer if any questions arise. I also ordered a countertop, and Carlo will be coordinating the fabricator for measurements and installation. The cabinets aren’t here yet, but the customer service has been flawless. I’ll update this review once everything arrives, but Carlo has already earned my confidence.

This is a review based on the service of Carlo Aquanni of wholesale Cabinets. Let me start by qualifying this review. I will tell you that I am a very thorough Consumer. By that I mean, I qualify and verify every professional that I deal with. That is my nature. I have personally built three homes and was involved in every aspect of those builds. I qualified Mr.Aquanni before during and after working with him for months. It is rare to find someone who possesses the qualities and demeanor that Mr. Aquanni possesses. The feeling you get as a client is that Carlo Aquanni is a calm, competent professional, who is also presents as a personable family man. I observed the way that Carlo was able to deal with subcontractors who were, you could say a little rough around the edges. He brought professionalism to every conversation with those contractors. As a client, I think I changed colors five times. I am very particular about aesthetics and symmetry when it comes to design. Mr. Aquanni was able to design and redesign to my complete satisfaction. That in itself says volumes. Wholesale. cabinets is extremely lucky to have the type of quality representation that Carlo Aqanni brings to the table.

The cabinet designers and sales people are extremely helpful. Carlo one of the designers I've worked with multiple times has been extremely helpful at every step of the way. Resolving any issues or problems quickly and making sure that I get the best prices and that the orders are correct and well designed. I will highly recommend wholesale cabinets at every opportunity.

After sending in sketch and measurements, had a detailed quote with elevations and AI designed photos of new space the next day. Designer was knowledgeable and helpful and was able to save over 10k on new cabinets as opposed to reface with Home Depot. Order was placed within 3 days of my initial contact.
