Whole Foods is not what you think. The way they treat their employees is bs. They don't give a damn about their employees it pisses me off.

The delivery was within the time frame. I am in a condo and had asked in the comments (directions) that the delivery person meet me at the entrance to the building. However, the groceries were left outside my unit door (blocking the door from opening and causing a dangerous tripping situation). The doorbell was not rung nor was the knocker used. A text was not sent. If I had not been at the computer and checked my email (which I might not have done for a while), the order may have sat there for a while.

Whole Poops I am sick and tiered of getting rotten produce at this store. I had mouse poop in my celery. Back then they had a customer service department. The last 2 week I have got home with rotten produce. There is no customer service desk anymore. COVID is a good excuse for poor customer service. I had to wait in line to get in and to return produce at check out. 45 minutes each time. No more whole foods for me.

Bought Sockeye Salmon on sale for 9.99/lb, was charged 24.99 at checkout and didn't realize the error at the cash register. Ripoff!! Also, had a major whimpy jerk of a man, wearing gloves and a loose fitting mask yelling and carrying on bad as people in the aisles crossed within 6 feet of him. He went off on my wife and I had to shut him down, as he became belligerent...he was "offended". I'll never go back there.

I’m really surprised when saw large pizza in 100% recycled paper box and the pizza directly on that in healthy and full of bacteria surface ! I never expect this from Whole Foods !

there was no "zero stars" or i would have picked that .. terrible customer service. tried to get a refund of $5 on an open/spoiled Pesto sauce and you would think I was buying a car with the amount of hoops they kept asking me .. shop at Jungle Jim's .. much better

Thank God for the Whole Foods in California. They always have the good stuff. You can count on them to stock the healthy food and supplements. Shopping there is always a learning experience. I always feel grateful when I shop there.

Great healthy grories store especially if you have prime I'm in my 20s now and been going to whole foods since I was 12 alot of things they have gone down on price over the years. And with a prime discount it's really good deals when they have sales if you don't do prime catch them during sales cus that's the best time to shop If you want healthy on a budget .The vegan food they make is very tasty and we'll priced ,I have serve allgeries to onions , tomatoes ,and dairy. I'm able to find permaid meals with none of. Those allgeriens.and the people who work at whole foods are very nice down to earth people who really value costumer service and hard working . Also it's brands herbs are a good price as well .
