Used to love it but quality has gone down, and prices remain high? Instead been going more frequently to my local shops or Waitrose to get good quality food instead

Ordered the beef stew and roasted potatoes to take out. Good taste, but little beef.

Stopped to get Cornish hens today, didn’t see them out so I inquired at the butcher/meat counter. Neither of the employees working in that area didn’t know what a Cornish hen was ,”never heard of it”!!’ Unbelievable; this on top of fruit that is always rotten! The shelves are consistently empty ; and this was before Covid. The employees are always nasty and rude. Customer service does not exist.

Bought conventional roasted unsalted almonds today, when I tried them tonight found they are not roasted. Disappointed

How disappointing. This used to be our favorite market (High Street Kensington): excellent products, great choice, the feeling-good that gives you the fact of purchasing ethically. Not anymore. Little choice, the fresh produce gets worse and worse each week, personnel (when you can find them) lacking any knowledge of the staff they are selling. And the home delivery service is terrible. On the other hand, prices are exorbitant as usual. What has happened in the last couple of years? … right … Amazon happened …

WF use to be great. A wide selection of vegan foods, organic produce, etc.... Sighs but now, nothing but rotten produce, with damaged and wrong items,late or way too early deliveries (you shouldn't deliver a 9am delivery at 7am). It is a waiting game a time consuming trying to get a delivery or do a pick up just for their prices to go up. No thanks we have organic produce deliveries now along with Thrive.. Bye whole foods!
