I love Whole Foods - my favorite place to shop for fresh produce and meats. I mostly shop at the store in Woburn, MA but sometimes I also shop at Arlington, MA and Medford, MA. I have alwasy been treated well by staff and I am extremely happy with the current precautions in place due to COVID-19. I cannot believe the majority of the reviews on here, especially those since COVID-19. Whole Foods did NOT put the specific safety rules in place right now. No, you cannot return items due to COVID-19 and you can't return them at other grocery stores either. As for the woman that complained her son was not allowed to use the restroom - yes it was during Senior Hours ONLY - as a senior myself with health conditions, I would NOT have been happy if he was allowed to use the restroom. If security let him in, then that employee would be in trouble and then the store would have to allow others that are not seniors in during that time. I cannot believe how pety some people are.

Best experience! Shout out to Hayden! I placed a pickup order at Whole Foods in Minnetonka. I was ordering a cake for my husband’s birthday and ordered a couple other small things. Apparently they didn’t have the cake and cancel cakes instead of replacing. So I show up, he brings the small items to my car (he’s super friendly and polite) so I ask about the cake, he explains they don’t substitute cakes and offers to take my card and go back inside to purchase the cake for me, they take pictures of what’s available, etc. Well, I left my card at home and can’t place the order through the app because they no longer have Pickup slots available. Hayden just bought a cake for us and brought it to our car!! (My kids were in the car running out of patience) Hayden totally saved us from having to go home, get our card, come back to buy the cake. Regardless we came back to pay him but he wouldn’t take it!! Lovely person, made our day!

Today I went to the store to buy a cake kind of expensive by the way comparing to other places. Still I usually go there because the cakes are delicious. This time my cake is dry and taste very bad. I went back to the store and the associate in customer service was so rude and sticked only with the words "is nothing I can do. We are not accepting returns because de covi" I totally understand health policy during this pandemia what I dont understand is the atitud of employees and the careless of the bakers having expired cakes on the shelves.

Power trip and working against Covid Wholefoods have a new rule - apparently to help Covid. If you know someone in the store, you can’t go in until they come out. How this helps Covid no one knows as it’s factually incorrect. Put this together with the fact they cancelled a huge order when Covid hit leaving supplier with a full order and no purchase - you have to question, why are we paying their astronomical prices? Bad service, bad people and from some experiences - not always the best quality food. There are so many positive health food shops out there, doing their part for customers and their supply chain alike - it seems illogical to support them and give them our service

Leaving CO Union Station trying to jump on a train to the airport... Son had to use the restroom in a hurry before the train left, I had just spent over $200 here the day before; they would not let my son use the restroom because he wasn’t “over 60”!! Is this not in itself discrimination? Not cool Whole Foods!! Have a nice day😘

I return Several items like chicken and today I want to return paper towels and I didn't get money back and the manager from Derien CT was very unprofessional and start running away from me was the worse time in the store and I will never stop there ever again

Whole Foods has disgusting,Sewage smells, no fast lane check out, prepared food is the worst tasting of a national company in the world, many items not available due to this company's arrogance. Employees attack customers and throw them out of the store for absolutely no reason. Customers can talk to regional and global management, and no one gives a damn about anything. Too big to fail. Ruthless take over of grocery stores because Whole Foods can afford to out bid normal grocery stores. America is in deep trouble.

I like the selection of goods there! But a bit expensive...
