Whole food Market has vast variety of international Foods and lots of options for VEGAN,KETO,PALEO diet foods.But all the groceries and produces price are very costly comparing to other retail stores.

No returns! Seriously?? All other stores take returns. Ridiculous.

Somehow my review disappeared, as did my phone call to customer service, when I was supposed to comment on call, which was rude and short. Two days ago, I bought several pyrex containers, which I didn't see had dividers in them, which I didn't want. Even though these were factory sealed, I was told I could not return until COVID over, and I better have a receipt. I probably spend $1000-1500 a month, and when people say you are over priced, I used to be able to say you had good customer service. However, that has not been the case lately, and even more frustrated with customer service being rude and short, and cut off several times! I guess Whole Foods and Amazon are doing well enough, they don't need customer service. I understand we are all under stress with Covid, as I work with Covid patients. Brian M

Nice store to shop at but the if you have a problem with a purchase like I did when buying a snack that should of been on sale and you would think I was buying a car with the amount of hoops they kept asking me and then proclaiming the product was indeed not on sale. What happened to the customer is always right? Anyways, they take there customers for granted and the hype just isn’t good enough to take the crap from this corporate giant of a store. In summary: Lousy non-existent customer service! I’m good with Safeway or Costco!

This morning, I bought an almond croissant (£2.25) and ate it 30mns later with a latte. Horrible taste and texture, that was like eating plastic! Very disappointed...

Half of my $125 order was INCORRECT!! 2 bags of grapes were rotten and one bag so badly that the liquid rotten juice from the grapes ran onto the other items in the bag, 1 bag of apples had 4 rotten apples in it, 2 containers of strawberries each had strawberries with mold on them, 7 items that I ordered "organic" were NOT organic but instead conventional, and lastly I was charged for twice the poundage weight of what was actually sent for 3 separate items. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I will not use Whole Foods delivery again!!
