I go to the stores in New York, NY. They are okay stores but it is disturbing to see such a large workforce and they blatantly only hire specific skin colors. They also hire plenty of people that do not speak English. I am curious if these hiring managers go out of their way to hire people using stolen identities to gain employment at their stores. Not only that but the stores are wildly over staffed with all these workers who barely speak any English just standing around in groups of a dozen in their uniforms literally doing nothing. They are clearly over staffed. These are good jobs that legal US citizens can do. It is so sad to see the extremist hiring quotas at these stores. Also it is clear that Amazon is an anti-USA and pro-crime corporation. It’s sad. Especially with sky high unemployment in NYC. What a loser company Amazon has become. These Manhattan stores are like flagship locations so it is baffling why they promote blatant ethnocentrism.

Just because they can they place every kind of junk in hour pick up grocery bag that you would not buy in a hundred years. Why not show respect to seniors who have to rely on your pick up service.

Love it! A field trip to great and new foods. An exploration around the world in one place for international cuisine. Wonderful customer service and absolutely clean everywhere we ventured!

Not sure about the 1 star reviews. Only complaint I ever had was there delivery would be a little bit late. Other than that great service!

Only limited delivery windows are offered, and you have to pay for your cart to grab one before it disappears. Once you've ordered, you can't add to it or make changes - but Whole Foods can and does, with a drip-drip-drip of "Product deleted - out of stock" messages. While the shopper's going through the list, you're supposed to be able to chat with them, but they never reply. What you manage to receive is of high quality, but it's not worth the torture of the process. So now we shop other markets using Instacart, which lets us schedule and even reschedule an order, then add or change up to the time the shopper starts. When something's out of stock, the shopper chats with us and even texts photos of substitute items, and we can usually add things on the fly. We took a trial Prime membership just to give Whole Foods a try, but it turned out to be a trial by ordeal. We didn't renew.

Great customer service and friendly service. Very kind and informative about information. Great products to maintain healthy living. Only visited once and I will be going back.
