Referring to the whole foods on Potrero in SF
The cooked chicken at $14 used to be tasty and cooked properly
The last 3 times it is like trying to chew on cardboard
Very disappointed with this location specifically

Whole Foods tribeca - Unhealthy Environment
Whole Foods tribeca store is an unpleasant, unhealthy shopping environment. Many users posting/documenting untrained, non-service dogs pooping and peeing on their floor (on google reviews). When i contacted their customer care, they told me, a paying customer, to report and monitor the dog incident, ignoring their own compliance responsibilities when they can legally ask those entitled pet owners two questions: (a) is it a service animal? and (b) what task is it trained to performed. They need to start asking entitled pet owners those two questions to get their store back to a clean, healthy environment!

Produce section quality
Whole Food, Vision Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76109:
I noticed that in the produce section, produce is kept on the shelves until it starts to rot or sold. You should not do that. Replace produce as soon as it is not fresh.
Thanks.

Pizza flop
Last night my wife and I were in the Beverly MA store just before closing time. Probably 15 minutes before. We had gotten a whole pizza and we’re going to take it home and heat it up. It was obviously sitting there for a while but we didn’t mind.
When we went to pay there was no sticker on it from the pizza section because nobody was there to give us one. At checkout there was no option for a whole pizza so we had someone come over to help us. The associate couldn’t figure it out so she went and got a manager. The manager came back and said we’d have to pay the per slice price of $4. That would have been $32 for a pizza that was sitting there for quite a while. Not to mention that the whole pizza price on the sign at the pizza station in the store was $15. When I brought this to the manager’s attention he couldn’t have cared less. He said if you want it it’s $32. I told him that it was $15 on their sign and it was probably two hours old so I gave it back to him.
Rather than be reasonable and just charge us the $15 we would have paid, he chose to take it back and exhibit some of the worst customer service we had experienced in quite a while. We weren’t looking for any special treatment or discounts. We just wanted to pay the advertised price for a whole pizza. Not the per slice price that was double the whole pizza price. Just wanted to bring this lapse of customer service judgement to others attention.

Disgusting Quality Control and Food Safety Failure at Whole Foods Cambie Street (Vancouver)
Of all places, I am beyond shocked to find this at Whole Foods. They charge premium prices, so you figure you are going to get fresh, good-quality food. This was my very first time buying the Mitica Parmigiano Reggiano Rinds at the Cambie Street location (510 W 8th Ave in Vancouver), only to open it at home and find the pieces covered in fuzzy, grey-green mold. The label shows it was packaged on October 1, 2026, with a best-before date of October 21, 2026. This means the staff literally packaged rotten, moldy food and put it straight onto the shelves for customers to buy.
It is absolutely crazy that looking at the expiration date isn't even enough anymore. Now you have to go a step further and physically inspect the food inside the container just to make sure you aren't buying garbage.
This store clearly has a massive quality control issue because their pizza is just as bad. I used to buy the pepperoni pizza and cheese slices all the time but had to stop. The oil is literally dripping off of it, and the dough is so tough you practically have to tear it out of your mouth to eat it. On top of that, they don't even cut it properly—you have to go find a staff member just to ask them to cut it for you. I have repeatedly complained about this pizza through their official customer surveys, but obviously, they do not listen to feedback. Whole Foods is completely failing at basic food quality and safety. Look closely at what you are buying here.

Bought a defective product
Bought a defective product. Whole Foods had zero interest in making good on it. How does an overpriced store deliver crap product, then dump on their customers, survive?

I just had a really small order…
I just had a really small order delivered and had left a $5tip. Who ever delivered it did n9t deserve any tip as they were too lazy to deliver it to my apt and left it at main house. The occupants opened it as there was no name on it.
Failed twice!
