The best food

I went to Whole Foods today for the first time since March. I shop regularly at Sprouts, Albertson’s and a coop in the middle of this pandemic and they are fourth, ie I will not be back out of concern for my health. 2 customers outside without masks looking at pumpkins. Inside the store, 4 employees lowering masks to look at something or yell yes yell to others. A couple of customers flouting the rules, ie masks pulled down and nobody said anything. No wiping down of the conveyor belts. It’s been a while and I never see this, or anything like this accumulation of infraction, anywhere else. Looks like a morale problem to me. I will not be back.

This is the worst customer experience I had today at whole Foods Market Orange OH.I am a regular customer and shop every 3 days in a week.The cashier attending to me was a new hire a young girl who started yelling and arguing with another customer and left us unattended.I am also in customer service but I have never seen any cashier being rude to his customers.Wholefoods needs to train their employees with basic customer service skills which they lack.

Placed an order with Whole Foods. Received a picture of my order on someone else's porch. The address and additional directions could not possibly have been misunderstood. The only option was a refund.

After 15 years of being a loyal customer of the Montclair, NJ location, I've finally had enough of the chronically slow check-out lines and tried contacting WF. As there is no way to contact anyone through the web site you can only call the customer service line. I was told this was a company wide issue due to the pandemic and that there was nothing else that could be done, nor would they forward my comment to the store management. Lack of check-out staff has been a long term issue at this location, this is not due to the pandemic. Even though they regulate the numbers of customers entering the store, there are still unacceptable lines of customers waiting in check-out lines. This is just poor management from top to bottom. Amazon's a trillion $ company. If this is a staff issue, then higher more goddamn people and stop putting customers at risk!!!

I am shocked at all the bad reviews. I placed my Whole Foods order through Amazon (who by the way have always been great) not even knowing WHERE the local Whole Foods Market WAS. Order was placed after 3 p.m., was delivered PROMPTLY at 6:30!! Driver clean-cut ETHNIC young man, covid-masked & gloved, polite and kind. All items were fresh/packaged amazingly well and appropriately. I was so stunned by the promptness & excellence of the food that I STILL can't get over it! Great Job, Whole Foods! Great Job, Amazon! Hope to order many times in future! P.S. Can't believe previous comments about "ethnic" workers, sounds racist and petty to me!

i bought qty 30 oysters today, and on the receipt also showed qty 30, but when I got home and want to wash the oysters and then realized only 25 in the bag which made me recall. When I bought the oyster, the man talked me he needed to 10mins and wanted me back later, now I starting to thinking maybe he did it on purpose in order to steel my 5 oysters. Hope I do do think too much but this feeling is really bad.

I just had a rather disappointing email correspondence with the customer service. I buy fish etc for a long time in Wholefoods, but that will stop. I got yesterday cod filet and Salomon filet. I cooked the cod with rice and was starting to eat when I saw a weird thing.... I removed it and it was a roundworm!!!! How disgusting!!!!! I found a second and stopped and wrote the customer service. They replied it’s common and it’s not harmful when the fish is cooked! And I should sent the receipt to get a refund. Really??? For finding disgusting parasites in my food? I bought fish always from Wholefoods because I thought it’s quality and save!!!! I wonder how often I ate roundworms in the past!!!!
