I want to give 0 stars. It is important to remember the reasons for November 11 other than a moment of silence. They fought for our freedom. Wearing a poppy is also a sign of respect to all that fought, lost their lives, and that survived and are traumatized. Right after Halloween, the next 11 days and to wear a poppy is not political - there is no agenda - it’s to ALWAYS remember what MOST take for granted. I will NEVER shop at Whole Foods, Amazon, and all affiliates and I will let all my friends and family know who live in Canada to NEVER SHOP HERE. You have now made this political.

Unless staff are allowed to wear poppies, I will shop elsewhere. There are enough similar options near Ontario’s Whole Foods stores that I can easily do that.

I have never shopped at whole foods and now never will. After reading a story today about them not allowing their employees to wear poppies, is very disgraceful and disrespectful. They dont deserve to be in this great country we live in!!!!

I love and shop frequently in the Aventura Florida Whole Foods Store, where I have been a happy customer for over 10 years. A couple of weeks ago 2 ladies decided to make a corridors crossing a socializing spot, they stood there conversing and not wearing their masks. When I politely asked them to wear their masks they looked at me from head to toe and asked: Seriously? I explain the situation to the main cashiers stand and realizing this person was not doing anything I asked for the manager. They let me waiting and waiting...the manager was not showing. They ping-pong me... until tired I went away and found the manager organizing some carts. I asked him, did you know I was waiting for you? he said, I cant do anything about the masks since I cant overrule over State Orders. Assuming that was true, Why did he let me waiting instead of communicating...and... Why does it show in the entrance a sign that masks are mandatory? I told him: "This is your house, and you make the rules in here" if that is the case I wont come back. He's name is Cornelius, I believe it was poor management of the situation, and please, clarify? Can the store enforce masks wearing?

Whole foods does NOT stand by their products. A Whole Foods packaged product went bad before the due date and they refused to exchange it without a receipt. I've reached out to their customer care department (two phone calls and three emails) and I keep receiving the same generic customer care letter saying to call their customer care number. Terrible customer service, and they don't stand by their products.

Whole Foods are discriminatory and rude to their customers. Many of us with medical conditions are being discriminated against and are treated very poorly by employees. When I complained the manager told me to shop elsewhere. Apparently my weekly shopping for my family of five over the last many years is not wanted there. Narrowminded bigots

I am always pleased. First the fresh food tastes better, it actually tastes different. In the rare case, maybe 2 x in the past 20 years, the store has made good. They either replaced or refunded. I am on a fixed income. I shop carefully, checking sales and price per unit. Sometimes my Whole Foods has a better deal than My local chain market. I do buy the best quality food that I can. My store at this time (Madison, Wi) is clean, fairly well stocked with adequate staff. I have shopped NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, And Massachusetts. And, I have preferences for some features but Never quality. Thank you

There are some racist workers at the meat department in Whole Foods of Dublin. This April I went to there to get some beef, a guy in there was very rude and he THREW the ground beef on their counter after he priced it to me (I can difference “put” and “throw”). Since that I tried not to go to whole foods anymore. Today my daughter wanted to have some beef so I stopped there (No grass feed in other close stores) and unluckily same racist person again. It seemed like he was so disinclined to answer my questions. He didn’t ask me which one and how many pounds do I want, he just grabbed one and priced it then put on the counter to me, he didn’t throw it this time. There are many Asians that go to Whole Foods, I can’t believe they treat their customers like this.
