I love to shop at Whole Food Market. There are many organic or natural products that I think very important. I bought some body wash, lotions and toothpaste. I loved them so I gave as a gift to my family. They also loved it.

Amazon has decided to fold Whole Foods into it’s amazon web site and the result is terrible for customers. The old app was easy to use. There is virtually no communication from the company other than a confirmation email. There is no communication with the shopper. I don’t know what they are thinking but customers are used to the excellent service from Instacart and do not shop the way amazon thinks they should. Oh, and I don’t mind the new fee, I just wish good tech and service came with it.

I love Tiramisu cake from Whole Foods market! It tastes delicious! The price is very reasonable. When I feel like having some sweets, that tiramisu pops up in my mind first all the time.

You have the most rude people working at whole foods on Carlisle in Albuquerque. I have no problem being the only man of color shopping there at that time but your employees and some customers alike are very rude. I got some tea for my wife and instead of being treated like a paying customer your employees followed me from when I entered the store like I was going to steal something. While standing in line I was getting disgusting looks from your customers as well like its a white only store. I politely payed for the tea and left in disgust with how your people treated me. Never shopping there again, but hey that's what you want

Found the back of the slice of pizza that I got from Whole Foods was fully charred. The cust service acted as there was nothing wrong with it!

Last night I bought a box of 12 bottles of wine, I took it from the counter in front of the boxes and I simply paid for 12 bottles a total of 38.78 dollars, when I got home and opened the box there were only 6 bottles that is half of the box was missing, very confident that they would help me, I went the next day, and the manager, a very unkind lady, much less empathetic, told me very calmly that she could not do anything, that I should have checked the weight and the bottles, incredible that I must check if they did a bad job and lose almost 40 dollars! She did not feel like admitting anything! She is the worst manager I have ever seen, the few times something has happened to me at Publix for example they are always so nice !!!!! super mal Whole Food at 7930 SW 104th St, Miami, FL 33156

The staff was kind. Sometimes when items are on sale I can get quality products at a cheap price. I think that lately, most of the produce there has become more fresh.
