the worst experience today with a terrible checkout person
Today I had the worst experience at the La Jolla (California) store with the checkout person. He was so slow, not only chatting with the person in front of me but also spent many minutes looking at the photos on the phone! When I reminded him about his behavior, he showed immediate anger, and told me that he can talk to his customers as long as he wanted to, and asked me to move to another line, making no sense with my food items on the counter already! He also told me that he does not care what I feel and like. I asked to talk to his supervisor. His supervisor was nice, said sorry, and promised to talk to him later. His supervisor didn’t want to talk to him when I was there. While I was talking to his supervisor, he showed extremely unprofessional behavior, launching at me, waving his hands, showing “nothing I can do with his behavior”. I was extremely disappointed about the bad employee and cannot believe this is allowed at Whole Foods!
