The last few times I have gone to Whole Foods there have been long lines to check out. They now have self checkout but that is for a few items and is very annoying if you buy a lot of produce. I am not paying high grocery prices to check out my own order. I wish Whole Foods would offer enough money so they could get people to work there. I also shop at Trader Joe's and they give people benefits and pay them well - there are always the same people working there. Jeff Bezos certainly makes more money than he could ever spend. It would be great if he gave some to the people who work for him. He has ruined Whole Foods!

Since the Pandemics, I've been shopping almost online. I like Whole Food products, but I order them using Amazon Prime. If there is a delivery accident or an item is misplaced, it is good to take care of it by contacting the customer center immediately. However, contact with the shopper does not tend to be as good as Instagram cart. The price is a little high, but I plan to continue using it in the future because there are many organic products. However, I hope the delivery app will be more convenient to use.

I've experienced the dropping of one of my items from my cart several times, and when I ask them to bring me the missing item, they pass me along to just about anybody, never really helping, This is AWFUL customer service. They obviously don't care. And it appears they are anywhere but in your town or country. They're probably so far away--on the other side of the earth--that they don't HAVE to care.

I buy all my groceries at Whole Foods for many years and after I moved to Austin I make my purchases at the nearest Store "Gateway" which I now call gateway to hell. I've been mistreated in this gateway to hell three times. I am a very understanding person and try to think the other person could be going through hard times, but it was not the same employee. The other day one bumped into me by the coffee section and didn't even care to apologize. Another day a cashier overpacked the paper bag because I forgot my bags and told me "you can hold the bottom of the bag so you don't drop your stuff", today I ordered pick up and there were missing items. I told the guys at the pick up area, he responded "I don't have your order list to check if you ordered the missing items, sorry", I had to call customer service and ask for a refund and buy the items again.

I like the one near me; clean, courteous, and a little pricey. But on more than one occasion, they have let me just have groceries for free because of long lines or cash register problems. They find solutions to problems.
